Victor Rios

Victor Rios possesses extensive experience in operations and finance within the charter school sector. Currently serving as the Founding Director of Operations at Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball Charter School since May 2021, Victor previously held various roles, including Director of Operations and Interim Director of Finance at Neighborhood Charter Schools from November 2017 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes Finance and Human Resources Manager at La Cima Elementary Charter School, where fiscal operations for over 400 students were managed. Victor's background also encompasses consulting for multiple charter schools through Charter School Business Management, Inc., interns with The Atlantic Philanthropies, and early roles in operations and finance at Democracy Prep Public Schools. Victor holds degrees from Lehman College and Borough of Manhattan Community College.
