Clay Phillips, AIA, LEED GA, EDAC, serves as a Design Manager at ESa since June 2023, after holding significant positions including Healthcare Planner/Architect at Gresham Smith and Medical Planner/Healthcare Architect at HOK and NBBJ Design. With a professional journey that began at Hawkins Development Company as an Intern Architect, Clay has accumulated extensive experience in departmental layouts and master planning for hospital campuses across the United States, leveraging BIM/Revit technology for efficient design execution. Clay's academic credentials include a Master of Architecture with a focus on Healthcare Architecture from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, alongside an international design experience from Politechnika Krakowska.
