Fred Ginnebaugh

Fred Ginnebaugh, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy at Earlens Corporation since February 2023, having been promoted from Sr. Director of Marketing, Strategy, and Corporate Development. With extensive experience in the medical technologies sector, Fred holds the role of Executive in Residence at KCK Group and has made investments in several companies, including Raydiant Oximetry, CivilGrid, Mindbloom, and HealthPersonas. Previously, Fred worked as an Executive Client Director at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing key business relationships with major healthcare institutions. A distinguished professional, Fred is a three-time Presidents Club honoree and has received the 2019 Circle of Excellence Award. Fred's academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School and dual MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Michigan, respectively.
