Amber Young

Amber Young possesses extensive experience in the field of autism services, currently serving as Clinical Director at Early Autism Services since February 2020. Previously, Amber worked as Clinical Supervisor/BCBA at FOUNDATIONS FOR INDEPENDENCE LLC from April 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included supervising RBT staff, conducting monthly ABA training, and developing treatment programs. Prior to that, Amber held multiple roles at Independent Living Services from November 1997 to February 2020, including Lead Supervisor and Supervisor/QIDP, focusing on maintaining teaching homes for children with autism and coaching staff in ABA principles. Amber earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Boise State University.
