Amanda Hughes

Amanda Hughes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the People Services Manager at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Amanda held multiple positions at LeasePlan from May 2015 to April 2021, including People and Culture Business Partner and People & Culture Advisor. With a background that also includes serving as the People & Business Excellence Coordinator at Merri Community Health Services, Amanda began their career as an HR Administrator. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, along with a Human Resources Practicing Certificate from the Australian HR Institute.
