Kelley Minney

Kelley Minney has extensive experience in donor relations and office management, currently serving as the Manager of Donor Relations at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County since July 2016. Prior to this role, Kelley held positions as Executive Assistant and Manager of Board & Community Relations at the same organization, and worked at the Ross County Health Department from April 2000 to July 2016. During time at the health department, Kelley served as Environmental Health Office Manager and later as the Help Me Grow Office Manager and Central Coordination/Outreach Contractor. Kelley is also a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and coordinated the Ohio Buckles Buckeyes Grant from 2010 to 2016. Kelley Minney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Healthcare Management from Ohio Christian University.
