Deeksha Aradhya

Deeksha Aradhya serves as the Accreditation Academy Coordinator and Lead Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County since January 2023. In addition, Deeksha holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Early Childhood Education at the University of South Florida College of Education since August 2023, having previously been an Adjunct Instructor at the same institution from August 2022 to December 2022. Deeksha has extensive experience in early childhood education, including roles such as Graduate Teaching Assistant and University Supervisor at the University of South Florida from August 2019 to May 2022, and an Early Childhood Care and Development Summer Intern at Save the Children US in 2019. Other key positions include Cluster Coordinator for Prajayatna, Guest Lecturer at Bangalore University, and Territory Academic Manager at EuroKids International Ltd. Deeksha's educational background includes a PhD in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Composite Home Science from Mount Carmel College.
