Zoe Turner

Zoe Turner is a professional development trainer specializing in infant and toddler education at the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County since August 2018. As the founder and owner of Designed To Sign, LLC since January 2013, Zoe provides services to children and families, facilitating the use of sign language to enhance communication skills. Previous experience includes roles as a child advocate manager at the Guardian Ad Litem Program, an early intervention specialist at Early Steps Florida / Independent Living Inc., a speech and language clinician at Volusia County Schools, and a speech and language assistant at Beth Ingram Therapy Services. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida.
