Amy Smigielski

Amy Smigielski is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in early childhood education and program management. Amy has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Consultant at Resultant, Director of Education Programs, Director of Solution Design, and Director of Family Support Services at Early Learning Indiana, and Director of Early Head Start and Infant and Toddler Training Specialist at Bona Vista Programs, Inc. Amy has also worked as a Professor Adjunct at Ivy Tech Community College. Amy has made significant contributions in areas such as integrated data systems, teacher preparatory programs, equity in education, strategic planning, project management, partnership development, compliance oversight, and online instruction. Amy'sexpertise and leadership have led to successful outcomes in multiple projects, resulting in increased funding, improved program efficiency, and the development of innovative solutions for early childhood education.

Amy Smigielski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005. Amy later obtained a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Development from the Erikson Institute in the years 2011 to 2013. Amy Smigielski also holds additional certifications, including "Leading and Working in Teams" and "Bill George on Self Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" from LinkedIn. Amy is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), certified by the American National Standards Institute.
