Sara Snow

Sara Snow has extensive experience in the education field, with a focus on special education. Sara is currently the Director of Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education Programs at Clackamas Education Service District. Prior to this role, they were the Assistant Director of Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education Programs at the same organization. Before joining Clackamas ESD, Sara worked as the Early Learning Coordinator at Clackamas ESD from 2018 to 2020. Sara also served as the Assistant Special Education Director at Northwest Colorado BOCES from 2016 to 2018.

Sara's previous experience includes being a Special Education Teacher and Principal Intern at Steamboat Springs School District from 2014 to 2016, a Special Education Teacher at Moffat County School District from 2013 to 2014, and a Kindergarten Teacher at Moffat County School District from 2012 to 2013. Sara began their teaching career as a Special Education Teacher at Waterford School District from 2008 to 2012.

Sara's earliest work experience was as a General Education Teacher at National Heritage Academies from 2005 to 2008. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to special education and early childhood education.

Sara Snow has a diverse education history. Sara completed their Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education at Alma College from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Masters in Education with a focus on Special Education at Wayne State University. In 2015 to 2016, Sara attended Colorado State University and obtained a degree in Principal Licensure, specializing in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they studied Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Lewis & Clark College.
