Nicole Rooks

Nicole Rooks has a diverse work experience in the early education and care field. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of Program Quality at Early Learning Indiana, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Tier 2 Coach at SPARK Learning Lab, where they provided technical assistance and coaching to early education and care programs in Indiana. From 2012 to 2020, they served as a Center Director at Family Development Services, Inc. Rooks also worked at KinderCare Education as a Center Director from 2007 to 2011.

Nicole Rooks earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Ball State University, graduating in 2007. Nicole obtained the certifications of Infant CLASS Observer in March 2023, Go NAPSACC Consultant from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020, Certified CLASS Preschool Observer in September 2013, and Certified CLASS Toddler Observer in April 2014.
