Elisa Valenzuela

Elisa Valenzuela is a highly experienced professional in compliance and operational rules management, currently serving as the Sr. Operating Rules Manager at Early Warning® since January 2022. In this role, Elisa develops and revises rules to align with business strategies and industry developments, while also driving governance processes and providing support for new rule implementation. Previously, Elisa held senior compliance analyst roles at Cenlar FSB, where responsibilities included identifying regulatory risks and managing executive resolution processes, as well as serving in various legal and administrative capacities at Ditech Financial LLC and Gurstel Chargo. Elisa holds a Master of Legal Studies from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and an Associate of Arts degree.
