Eric Woodward

Eric Woodward is the Group President of Risk Solutions at Early Warning. Eric has over 25 years of experience in the financial technology industry. Prior to joining Early Warning, they were the CEO of Socure, a leading provider of digital identity verification solutions. Eric also served as the President and CEO of Independence Holdings Corp., a publicly-traded holding company for early stage fintech investments.

Woodward has also held senior executive positions at Spring Labs, Otomo, Ntropy, Liminal, Prove, and ID Experts. Eric is a recognized expert in the field of financial technology and has advised numerous startups and Fortune 500 companies on their fintech strategies.

Eric Woodward has an MBA in finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Eric also has a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder. Eric is also certified by the FINRA Investor Education Foundation in Series 63 and Series 7. Eric is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
