Joshua Finlayson

Joshua Finlayson is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Early Warning® since August 2013, Joshua previously contributed to American Traffic Solutions as a Software Engineer from October 2008 to August 2013, where skills in agile methodologies and C# were utilized with Oracle databases. Earlier in the career, Joshua worked as a Systems Developer at Salt River Project from April 2006 to April 2008 and as a Web Developer at The Advertising Checking Bureau from November 2004 to March 2006, developing web applications for notable clients such as Microsoft, Sony, and Verizon. An internship as an Information Technology Specialist at USAF Luke AFB involved developing training programs for military personnel. Joshua holds a B.S.E in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and an AA in Computer Science from Clark College.
