Louis Glinn

Louis Glinn has a diverse work experience in risk management, coaching, and consulting. Louis is currently the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Early Warning. In 2015, Glinn founded A Focused Path Consulting Services, where they served as the CEO and Founder, providing career, performance, and personal finance coaching to individuals. Glinn also co-founded InFocus Risk Partners in 2022 and worked as a Partner until July 2023. Louis has held leadership positions such as Chief Risk Officer at Common Securitization Solutions in 2021 and at Cenlar FSB from 2018 to 2021. Previously, Glinn served as the Head of Business Assurance and Oversight & Control at S&P Global and as a Senior Control Director at J.P. Morgan. Louis started their career at Ally Financial Inc., where they held roles as Director of Risk Management from 2010-2012 and Director of Financial Analytics and Controls from 2007-2010.

Louis Glinn holds a B.A degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University. Louis has also obtained certifications in Introduction to Cryptocurrency from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in January 2022 and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) from ISACA in March 2016. Additionally, they have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification obtained in 2003.
