Shahana Sayeed

Shahana Sayeed is an experienced product management leader currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Payments at Early Warning® since April 2024, where responsibilities include developing payment products that enhance fraud prevention and foster trust in the financial ecosystem. Previously, Sayeed worked as a Product Strategy Consultant at Deluxe, supporting a shift towards a product-centric culture, and held various roles at American Express from 2011 to 2023, including Director of Product Management for Business Banking, where accomplishments included launching the first Business Checking Account and leading teams to develop innovative banking products. Additional roles at American Express involved enhancing digital servicing for B2B clients and contributing to the development of big data credit risk technologies. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at IBM, focusing on digital risk capabilities. Sayeed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Manipal University.
