Tiff Napolitano

Tiff Napolitano, MBA, is a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for Traveler Payments at Expedia Group since September 2020, Tiff co-leads product strategy and planning for transportation mobility and defines the organization’s three-year investment roadmap. Previously, Tiff spent a decade at Limeade, contributing to the company's IPO as Sr Director of Product Management and leading a team of product managers across multiple mobile and web solutions. Earlier roles include product management at Ancestry and financial leadership positions at Dispatch Media Group and Eddie Bauer/Spiegel. Tiff holds an MBA and a BA in Business Finance from Otterbein University, and completed a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
