Robert Loewer has a Master's degree in Accounting from Dominican University and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Robert also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Toledo, where they majored in History and Political Science.
