Kailin Li

Kailin Li is an experienced product designer currently working at Earnest since July 2022, having previously served as a product design intern at the same company. In this role, Kailin has led various projects including market assessments, user experience experiments, and homepage A/B tests. Prior to Earnest, Kailin worked at Dolby Laboratories as a marketing operations coordinator, where responsibilities included conducting UX interviews and managing the rollout of internal tools. Other notable experiences include product design consulting for Ford Motor Company, an executive internship at Target, and project management positions in various organizations. Kailin holds a Master of Design and multiple degrees and certificates from the University of California, Berkeley, emphasizing cognitive science, economics, and design innovation.
