Matt Kirchstein

Matt Kirchstein has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Matt is currently working at Earnest as a Lead Software Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Castlight Health as a Lead Software Engineer, where they created a highly configurable Sales demo platform. Matt also worked at Jiff, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they created a HIPAA compliant platform for tailored disease prevention care. Before that, they worked at Gild.com as a Full Stack Rails Developer & UI Designer, scaling the production Rails environment. Matt also has experience as a business owner, as they owned a bar called Butter. Matt started their career at Sapient Corporation, where they held various roles, including Technical Domain Specialist. Matt began their career in the tech industry at Adjacency as a Founding Developer & Designer.

Matt Kirchstein obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their education in the field from 1995 to 1999.
