Ziv Salzman

Ziv Salzman is an experienced engineering professional currently working at EarnIn since March 2023. Previously, Ziv served as the Head of Engineering at BlastRadius from August 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included building a remote-first engineering organization, implementing agile practices, and launching a closed beta product. Before that, Ziv held various leadership roles at AppDynamics from May 2017 to August 2021, such as Director of Engineering, where key achievements included transitioning teams to full-stack squads and establishing a new Open Telemetry product. Ziv also created the Kalium framework for event-driven architectures, founded Swapeat.com, and contributed as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Informatica. Early career experiences include roles as a Business Analyst at Adkit, QA Engineer at Motorola, and a Lieutenant in the IDF. Ziv holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
