Drew Lawyer

Drew Lawyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and analytics sectors. Currently serving as Global Director of Solutions Engineering at Earnix since September 2019, Drew oversees global sales support, including business and technical solutions engineering. Previously, Drew held key leadership roles at COUNTRY Financial®, such as Head of Actuarial R&D, where a diverse team delivered advanced analytics projects, and Head of Professional Services for the Americas, focusing on customer personalization and analytics process automation. Drew began the career at COUNTRY Financial® as an Actuarial Research Analyst and has developed expertise through various positions at Earnix since 2013, including Principal Consultant. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Mathematics and Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, both from Illinois State University.
