Yifat Philip is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Earnix since 2024, focusing on integrating advanced analytics in pricing and business decision-making for the Financial Services industry. Previously, Yifat held the role of VP of Legal Affairs (Acting General Counsel) at Kape Technologies, where responsibilities included negotiating SaaS licensing and marketing agreements following the acquisition of WebSelenese. Yifat's expertise extends to serving as VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at KAMADA, a leading specialty plasma company, and VP of Legal Affairs, Compliance & Human Resources at OPKO Biologics, where significant achievements include negotiating an IP commercialization agreement with Pfizer.
