Sheri-Lynne Leskiw is a seasoned Human Capital Executive Leader currently serving at Earnscliffe Strategies, providing strategic oversight across Human Resources, Marketing, and Consultant Resource Management as an integral member of the Executive Leadership team. As the CEO and Founder of Silver Lining Transformations, Sheri-Lynne delivers HR, organizational development, and coaching solutions to diverse client organizations. Previous roles include Group Director of Global Organizational Development & Talent Management at Mitel, where Sheri-Lynne implemented talent strategy initiatives, and positions at prairieFyre Software Inc. as Director of Corporate Services & Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources Leader, along with a role as Total Rewards Leader at JDSU. Sheri-Lynne holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University and a Master of Human Resources Management Degree from York University.
