Anca Moldovan

Anca Moldovan is the Head of People Operations at EarnUp. Anca has over ten years of experience in human resources, talent operations, and payroll administration. Prior to joining EarnUp, Anca was a Human Resources Consultant at Newfront (formerly ABD) where they were responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for medium-touch clients. Anca also delivered HR consulting and outsourced services such as HRMS/Payroll system implementations, benefit administration, employee handbooks, and compliance training.

Before their role at Newfront, Anca was the Talent Operations Manager at Accela where they managed all aspects of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Anca also created and implemented employee development programs and managed performance review processes.

Anca began their career in human resources as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Accela, Inc. where they were responsible for employee on-boarding, terminations, leave of absence administration, and basic employee relations issues.

Anca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Anca Moldovan has a PHR Certification in Human Resources from HRCI and a BS in Human Resources from California State University-Sacramento. Anca also has certification from Great Place to Work US in Great Place to Work and from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR Certification.
