Watson Shelly has extensive experience in management and procurement within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager/Data Manager at Earp Distribution since March 1997, Watson collaborates with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure efficient supply to McDonald's and Chipotle Restaurants, handling responsibilities such as pricing, scheduling, and data management. Prior to this role, Watson held the position of General Manager at McDonald's Corporation from September 1977 to July 1996, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including hiring, payroll, and customer service. Watson's educational background includes studies at Northwest Missouri State University from 1978 to 1980.
