Hope Cordes

Hope Cordes is a dedicated and experienced professional specializing in social impact, sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Currently serving as a Social Impact Intern at Navistar Inc, Cordes focuses on enhancing stakeholder relationships and advancing sustainability efforts. Previous roles include facilitating DEI sessions for over 120 BBA seniors at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, and conducting public affairs research at Advocate Health Care to promote health equity. Cordes has contributed to community outreach efforts for reproductive rights with Planned Parenthood of Michigan and engaged in intergroup dialogues to foster social justice. With a strong academic background in public policy and business administration from the University of Michigan, Cordes is committed to creating equitable and sustainable practices in various organizations.
