From 2008 to 2017, Michael worked at Rainmakers as a National Sales Executive. Michael was responsible for executing direct response advertising campaigns through multi-channel media buying, including DRTV, mobile, radio, and online platforms. Michael helped clients achieve their advertising objectives by driving direct sales, generating high-quality leads, increasing website traffic, and directing customers to physical retail locations.

In 2017, Michael joined ECP as the Chief Marketing Officer. Michael played a crucial role in leading the company's marketing efforts to position itself as the top manufacturer in the industry.
