Jay McKelvey is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical design and academia. As the Director of the Geotechnical Design Division at Earth Engineering Incorporated since May 2005, McKelvey oversees design projects related to temporary shoring and mechanically stabilized earth structures, ensuring the quality of geotechnical engineering through senior peer reviews. Previous roles include serving as an Adjunct Professor at both Lehigh University and the University of Delaware, where McKelvey taught advanced courses in foundation and geotechnical engineering.
