Timothy Carlin is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong focus on geotechnical investigations and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Geotechnical Investigations at Earth Engineering Incorporated since April 2018, Carlin previously held the position of Project Engineer at the Philadelphia Regional Port Authority from July 2016 to April 2018. Carlin also worked as a Project Manager in the Subsurface Investigations Division at Earth Engineering Incorporated from January 2012 to July 2016 and as a Geotechnical Engineer at Hunt Engineering Company from June 2003 to December 2011. Carlin holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
