Bryan Weeks

Bryan Weeks, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry. Bryan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Earth Finance, Inc., a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, Bryan worked at Russell Investments, where they served as the Head of Americas Institutional business, responsible for expanding the company's business with various organizations in the US. Bryan joined Russell Investments in 2017. Before that, Bryan was the President & CEO of Silver Creek Capital Management, an alternative investment boutique. At Silver Creek, they focused on private credit, hedge fund strategies, and timberland. Bryan has over 25 years of experience in institutional investing and has a strong background in product innovation and business management.

Bryan Weeks, CFA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Washington State University. Additionally, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in 1998.
