Reuven Carlyle

Reuven Carlyle serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Toptana Technologies, a corporation of the Quinalt Indian Nation. Reuven is also the Founder & EVP of Earth Finance, Inc., a global corporate strategy and technology firm. Additionally, Reuven is a Principal at Washington2, Inc., focusing on strategic business development projects. In the past, Reuven has served as a State Senator in the Washington State Senate and as a State Representative in the Washington State House of Representatives. Reuven has also held positions in a variety of other companies in advisory and leadership roles. Reuven Carlyle holds a MPA in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
