Justin Dawe has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Justin is currently the Founder and CEO of Earth Force Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, New Ventures & City Platform at Bird from July 2019 to March 2020. Justin also had a significant role at Scoot Networks, where they served as a Member of the Board of Directors, CEO, and President. At Scoot Networks, they focused on fundraising, corporate strategy, financing, expansion into new markets, and establishing strategic relationships. Justin was the Founder and CEO of Butter Home Services, which aimed to professionally manage homes in an environmentally efficient manner. However, the company was not scalable, leading him to close it in July 2016. Justin also served as the Founding CEO of C12 Energy, where they focused on strategy, business development, financing, and team assembly. Justin's role at C12 Energy involved developing enhanced oil recovery projects utilizing waste streams of industrial carbon dioxide. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Horizon Wind Energy and had an internship as part of the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program at GE Energy. Justin also gained experience in utility-scale energy storage during an internship at VRB Energy and worked as an Energy Associate at Environment Colorado, focusing on creating demand for renewable energy through legislative campaigns. Justin started their career as a Fellow at Green Corps, the nation's premier environmental leadership training program, where they gained skills in community organizing for environmental purposes.

Justin Dawe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering at Stanford University from 1993 to 1997. Justin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University from 1997 to 1998. Later, Justin attended Harvard Business School to obtain their Master of Business Administration degree from 2005 to 2007.
