Xiao Cheng Wong is an accomplished professional in the social impact and entrepreneurship sector, currently serving as Acting COO and Head of Malaysia Acumen Academy at YTL Foundation. In addition, Xiao holds a board member position at Malaysia Impact Alliance, focusing on enhancing Malaysia's impact investment ecosystem. With extensive experience at Acumen Academy, Xiao has played a key role in developing the Malaysia Fellows Programme aimed at empowering social innovators. As a founding partner of Earth Heir, Xiao has contributed to building sustainable livelihoods for underserved communities in Malaysia. Previous roles include leadership positions at ParkEasy and internships with Found8 and Foxconn, where Xiao developed skills in operations, financial management, and community engagement. Xiao Cheng Wong holds a BA (Hons) in Business Economics and Finance from the University of Nottingham.
