Bridget Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, organizational development, and training across non-profit and international sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Program Advisor at Earth Island Institute since May 2023, prior roles include Consulting Specialist at Rosie the Riveter Trust, Director of Education, Operations & Organizational Development at AFSCME Local 3299, and leadership positions within the Peace Corps in Guyana and South Africa. Additionally, Bridget has a strong background in outreach and prevention education from pivotal roles at WORLD and has contributed as a consultant and educator at various organizations, including serving as an adjunct instructor at Academy of Art University. Educational credentials include an ICF Coaching Certificate from Blooming Willow Healing Centered Coaching, an MA in Anthropology from California Institute of Integral Studies, and a BS in Psychology from Le Moyne College.
