Megan Mubaraki, ACC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, training, and nonprofit consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Program Advisor at the Earth Island Institute and a Coach & Facilitator at Blooming Willow Coaching & Training, Megan specializes in supporting BIPOC nonprofit staff through coaching focused on burnout and work/life balance. As the Founder of Restorative Cypress Coaching, Megan empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and achieve personal and professional goals. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Environmental Justice Solutions, where Megan implemented equitable practices, and Trainer, Coach, & Nonprofit Consultant at the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment, contributing to grant success and capacity building. Megan holds dual degrees in Sociology and Society & Environment from the University of California, Berkeley.
