Terry Kelley-Farias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and advocacy, currently serving as Senior Program Advisor at Earth Island Institute since February 2018. Previously, Terry managed the Safe Routes to Schools program at TransForm from October 2011 to February 2018 and founded Disarm Now, a nonprofit focused on gun buy-backs in high-violence communities, between January 2014 and December 2015. Other roles include serving as a Policy and Research Consultant at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, a Congressional Aide for Congressman George Miller, and managing national campaign tours for Jorge Castañeda's presidential campaign. Terry's educational background includes a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and studies in Latin American Studies and International Relations at the University of California, Berkeley, along with experience at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
