Darren Ritter

Darren Ritter has over thirty years of experience in engineering. Darren began their career in 1982 as an SRA in the United States Air Force. From 1990 to 1995, they worked as an Engineer at Stirling Technology Company, Infinia Corporation, and MEMStek. In 1998, they joined Microvision, Inc. as a Sr. Engineer. In 2000, they moved to Flextronics Photonics as a Sr. Automation Engineer. In 2002, they returned to Microvision, Inc. as a Sr. Staff Engineer. From 2011 to 2021, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Seattle Photonics Associates, where they provided mechanical and optomechanical design capabilities for their clients. Darren currently works as a Mechanical Engineer at Earth Observant Inc.

Darren Ritter attended Columbia Basin College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an AASNT in Nuclear Technology. Darren then moved on to the University of Washington from 1988 to 1990, where they earned a BSAAE in Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering. No additional certifications were obtained.
