Aileen Flynn Eit

Aileen Flynn, EIT, is a skilled civil engineer currently serving as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Earth Systems since July 2021. Prior to this role, Aileen gained valuable experience as a Laboratory Technician at Geo Solutions from September 2020 to July 2021, and completed two internships at Realm Civil Engineering and Architecture, first as a General Civil Engineering Intern from June to September 2020 and again in the same position from June to September 2019. Aileen's earlier work includes a significant tenure as a Welder/Machinist at Flynn’s Welding and Machine Shop from June 2013 to September 2018. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in 2021.
