Previously, at Woodard Technical Consulting, Jim worked as an Environmental & Geospatial Professional. Prior to that, Jim worked at California Utilities Service as a Staff Scientist / Technical Consultant, and at Kleinfelder as a Staff Professional, gaining expertise in geotechnical and environmental projects.
