Clay Sanger

Clay Sanger is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational leadership within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving on the Orange County Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society since July 2023, Clay has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Earthbar since January 2020. Previously, Clay was the Chief Executive Officer and a board member at Superfood Holdings, LLC from 2019 to 2022, and President & COO of JINYA Holdings Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Clay also served as Chief Operating Officer at Pieology Pizzeria from 2016 to 2018 and held the role of Vice President of Operations at Panera Bread and Paradise Bakery & Cafe from 2003 to 2015. Clay Sanger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
