Kayla Kerr

Kayla Kerr is a seasoned professional in product development with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Development Manager at Earthbound since July 2019, Kayla has previously held roles such as Product Development Manager, Stylist, and Trend Forecaster at Lauren James from May 2015 to June 2019. Additionally, Kayla completed a Buying Internship at Dillard's Inc. in the summer of 2016. Kayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development from the University of Arkansas, which was earned between 2013 and 2017.
