Roman Olguin

Roman Olguin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2011 onwards, they worked at Earthbound Farm as a Sales Forecast Analyst, responsible for managing the weekly sales forecast for major US retailers. At Chiquita, from 2007 to 2011, they served as a Demand Analyst, exceeding customer service standards for top clients and generating daily SKU level forecasts. Prior to that, Roman worked at Union Bank as a Customer Service Officer, managing branch operations and growing total consumer and business deposits. Roman'searliest work experience was at Wilson's Leather, where they worked as an Assistant Manager, providing team leadership, training employees, and implementing strategies for increased sales.

Roman Olguin attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Marketing.
