Joe Putney

Joe Putney has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Joe currently works at Earthcom, Inc. as an OSP Fiber Project Manager, a role they have held since March 2021. Previously, Joe worked at NRTC RURAL BROADBAND, LLC as an OSP fiber splice inspector from July 2019 to October 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Earthcom, Inc. where they held various positions such as OSP Fiber splicer from June 2015 to July 2019 and iDAS/oDAS Technician from October 2003 to July 2019. Joe also has a military background, having served in the U.S. Army from June 1985 to March 2009 as a Communications Supervisor-Staff Sergeant.

In 2011, Joe Putney attended MIAT College of Technology and obtained a Technical Certification in the field of Power Technology.
