Rumela Roy

Rumela Roy is an Associate Attorney at EARTHJUSTICE. Rumela was previously an Associate at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from October 2017 to September 2019. Rumela was also a Summer Associate at Arnold & Porter LLP from May 2016 to August 2016. Rumela has also had experience as a Teaching Fellow at Yale University from September 2015 to December 2015, and as a Summer Law Clerk at the National Center for Lesbian Rights - NCLR from June 2015 to July 2015.

Dr. Rumela Roy is a graduate of Yale Law School and Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where they studied English and Philosophy. Rumela also studied abroad at the University of Bristol.
