Sameer Doshi is a senior attorney for the Coal Program, based in Chicago. He formerly worked for the Illinois Power Agency and Illinois Attorney General’s Office (Public Utilities Bureau) as well as on energy sector matters in private practice. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the London School of Economics, and Harvard College.
