Ali Yasser

Ali Yasser has extensive experience in IT support and system engineering, currently serving as a Sr. IT Helpdesk Officer at EarthLink Telecommunications since October 2021, providing first-level technical support and maintaining a variety of company equipment. Previously, Ali worked in the same company as an IT Sys-Engineer and IT Helpdesk from July 2017 to January 2019. Ali holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Al-Nahrain University (2018-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Information & Communication from Jami'at Baghdad (2012-2016).
