Rob Hranac

Rob Hranac currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at EarthOptics, where the focus is on developing advanced technology for soil measurement and mapping to enhance agronomic advice and carbon storage. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at Pattern Ag, leading the creation of a computational agriculture platform utilizing metagenomics to enhance soil biology insights for growers. Previous roles also include Chief Operating Officer at Swift Navigation, Vice President at Iteris, Inc. and Berkeley Transportation Systems, and various positions at Cambridge Systematics and The Open Planning Project. Rob Hranac holds a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Boston University.
