François Guillot has a diverse work experience in software engineering and validation. François started their career as a Software Engineering intern at EADS Astrium in 2008. In 2009, they joined Thales Air Systems as a Validation Engineer, where they acted as a liaison between Thales Air Systems and LFV, the Swedish Air Navigation Service Provider. Their responsibilities included analyzing air traffic controllers incident reports and verifying and validating software bugs corrections and software evolution. In 2011, François became a Software Engineer at Thales Air Systems, where they worked on the core component of the Air Traffic Control system deployed in several European countries. This involved building the 4D trajectory of each aircraft based on real-world constraints and inputs from controllers and pilots. In 2016, François joined Gradle Inc. as the Lead Software Engineer.
François Guillot obtained an engineering degree in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they pursued Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering studies at Syracuse University from 2007 to 2008.
