Legal Team

The Legal Team at EarthRights International is responsible for pursuing legal action against those who commit earth rights abuses, providing legal expertise and support to advocacy campaigns, and offering training to grassroots and community leaders on legal matters. They conduct fact-finding missions to gather evidence for litigation, engage in strategic litigation to protect human rights and the environment, and work collaboratively to develop real solutions for affected communities.
